Waterfront Restaurants in Sheboygan Wi
Sheboygan is the Malibu of the Midwest, so when you’re in the area, don’t miss dining at a waterfront restaurant. Here are the best waterfront restaurants in Sheboygan.

Cuisine: Italian
Look up at the second floor of the restaurant, and you may see someone looking through the window at you. It may seem creepy at first, but it is a mannequin that is the unofficial mascot of the restaurant. To say the least, the vibe of this place is eclectic. From a wine tree inside the premises to the darker ambiance during dinner, to the feeling where you’re in a 1920s speakeasy, the theme is definitely unique.
Food-wise, there is a wood-fired pizza oven on-site, so of course, you’ll need to get a pizza. This joint proudly serves Roman-style pizza, known for the rectangular thin crust. You can also order pasta favorites, so you can be transported to Italy without leaving Sheboygan. You have to try a wine too, given that they have a huge drinks list.
As of this writing, Harry’s Prohibition Bistro is only open for dinner (between 5 to 9 pm), and it gets busy from 7 pm onwards, so reservations are recommended. It’s not uncommon to see people waiting outside on a busy Friday evening for a table.
Cuisine: Sweet and savory breakfast/quick bites
Known for its sweet offerings for breakfast and its coffee, Eb Flo is lakefront and located across the street from the Blue Harbour Resort. Get one of their crepes for breakfast: you won’t regret it. Not only is the food good, but it’s also photogenic, so it’s a social media creator’s favorite spot.
After you’re done with breakfast or a snack, have a quick photo by the Sheboygan ice cream photo spot, just a few steps away from the restaurant.
Cuisine: American
If you are staying lakefront at the Blue Harbor Resort and don’t want to go anywhere, their in-house restaurant is worth visiting. It serves American cuisine like burgers with fries. The price point is also not as expensive as you would expect from a hotel of this standard.
There is a bar and lounge across the restaurant called The Sandbar in case you want a quick drink and not a full meal. You don’t need to criss-cross between the two establishments if you want a specific drink at the restaurant. They serve the same drinks! But if you get hungry, the bar serves strictly drinks, with no options for appetizers or light eats.
Cuisine: BBQ/Pizza (Italian)
While I personally haven’t been to this joint, the exterior looks nice with a lot of tables set out by the patio overlooking the Sheboygan River. Parker John’s is a Wisconsin chain that offers happy hour deals, as well as BBQ and pizza – typical comfort food here in the US.
Cuisine: Italian
Another option within walking distance to the Blue Harbor Resort is Lino Restorante Italiano. This is a family-owned restaurant where the menu items are written in Italian. No need to translate, though: at the bottom of every food item is a description of what the food is in English. Meat and seafood entrees are available, so you’re not just limited to the pasta dishes. This restaurant is only open for dinner, and reservations are highly encouraged.
Sheboygan has direct access to the Sheboygan River and Lake Michigan, so why not splurge a bit for waterfront dining? Any other waterfront restaurants you can recommend in Sheboygan? Please feel free to leave a comment below.
